User and data tracking options
Portico offers two ways to track users and data.
Admins assign apps and courses to headsets, not individual learners. Learners simply enter their name or ID at the start of each VR session, and data is tracked per session with that identifier.
Admins assign apps and courses to learners or groups, who access them with a Portico account via email or SSO. Before each VR session, learners generate a PIN on desktop or mobile, enter it in the headset, and their data is recorded to their profile.
